House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 3, 5, 9,
10, 11 and 12 of chapter 514, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, in the year 1898, entitled ‘An Act
to incorporate the Frederick, Thurmont and Northern
Railway Company, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, conferring enlarged and additional powers and to
change the name of said company to the ‘Washington,
Frederick and Gettysburg Railway Company."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 252 of
the Acts of 1896, entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer within a
half mile of the junction of Gittings avenue and Belona
avenue in Baltimore county."

and nays."

mittee on Temperance.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to change the hours of
opening the polling places in the several election districts
of Culvert county, and directing the judges of election to
begin the election and open the polls at 6 o'clock in the
morning at each polling place in the several election dis-
tricts, and shall be kept open until 6 o'clock in the after-
noon of the same day.'
