1900.] OF THE SENATE. 759

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and, re-enact with
amendments, sections 23, 24 and 29, of chapter 189, of
the Acts of tine General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session of the year 1892, entitled an Act
to repeal sections 202 to 215, both inclusive, of Article 2,
of time Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Worcester County,' sub-title ‘Pocomoke,' and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and also to add thereto six
additional sections, to be known as ‘Sections 23 A, 26 A,
26 B, 29 A, 29 B and 29 C.'"

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays'
as follows

Said bill was then returned to time House of Delegates.
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 4, of
chapter 24, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1898, providing for
the payments of the floating debt of the town of Oak-
land, the improvement of the streets of said town and
tire purchasing and operating of an electric light plant
therein, and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows
