House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the qualified
voters of Pocomoke City, Worcester county, to decide by
ballot whether or not coupon bond not exceeding the
amount of $8,000 shall be issued by said city for the pur-
pose of providing a proper electric light plant for said
city."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
