A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Aune Arun-
del and Baltimore Electric Railway Company."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
By Mr. Bouic,
Bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Montgomery
Title Insurance and Trust Company."
Which was read the first time and referred to Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the town of Tako-
ma Park, to borrow an additional sum of money not ex-
ceeding ten thousand dollars with credit of said town, (if
the same shall be necessary for the purpose of construct-
ing and maintaing water-works and a sewerage system
for said town,) to issue bonds for the payment thereof,
and to levy taxes to redeem said bonds ani to pay the
interest thereon, to authorize the issue of said bonds and
also a prior issue of bonds for the purpose of construct-
ing and maintaining water-works and a sewerage system
only."

Bouic, Williams, of Anne Arundel and Williams of Har-
ford.

A bill entitled "An Act to protect the sport of fox
hunting in Montgomery county."
