Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 252 and 353, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘City of Bal- timore,' sub-title ‘Courts,' sub-division ‘Orphan's Court,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact the said sections with amend- ments.".
