House bill entitled "An Act to repeal Act of 1896, chapter 193, and to authorize the County Commissioners of Kent county to provide for the building of a public school house in Chestertown, aüd to build the same and to issue bonds to pay for the same, and to levy an annual sum to pay such bonds and the interest thereon as they mature, and for other purposes." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
