Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Messick, Dodson and Auplegarth. Also. A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County Com- missioners of Caroline county to issue bonds to an amount not to exceed the sum of eight thousand dollars for the purpose of rebuilding a part of Dover Bridge and to levy a tax on the assessable property of Caroline county for the payment of the same."
