Also, returned, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 231 of the Laws of 1898, entitled an Act to confer on the Chesa- peake Beach Railway Company the powers, rights and franchises granted to the Washington and Chesapeake Railway Company by chapter 246, of the Acts of 1894, entitled an Act to incorporate the to vu of Chesapeake Beach, in Culvert county, and to re-enact said chapter 245, of the Acts of 1894, with amendments."
