House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 769, of Article 4, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Street
Railway Fares,' as amended and re-enacted by chapter
123 of the Acts of 1898."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the riding of
bicycles or other vehicles of that description upon the
sidewalks or footpaths of public roads in Howard
county."

tors Peter, Rohrback and Dick.
