REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to add the following new
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title. ‘Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title ‘Fraud,
Sterling and Coin Silver,' and to be known as ‘Sections
119 C, 119 B, 119 E, 119 F, 119 G, 119 H, 119 I, 119 J,
119 K.'"
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize Archie C.
Holloway, of Worcester county, to settle his accounts as
guardian to John L. Holloway, and to pay over all
moneys due said ward."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Also favorably, with proposed amendment,
Senate bill No. 62, entitled "An Act to amend Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Crimes and
Punishments,' sub-title ‘Health,' by adding thereto two
additional sections to follow section 147, to be numbered
‘Sections 147 A and 147 B,' respectively, and to be pre-
ceded by the heading ‘Second-Hand Bottles or Jars.'"
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

The bill was read the second time.
On motion of Mr. Brewington,
Said bill was re-committed to the Committee on Judi-
cial Proceedings.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill No. 208, entitled "An Act to provide for
the appointment of a board of commissioners to be
known as ‘Commissioners for the revision of the laws of
State of Maryland, relating to State Banks, Savings
Banks, Fidelity and Trust Companies and Building and
Loan Associations, and to define the duties of said board.'"
