Gentlemen of the Senate: The House of Delegates having received your message requesting the return to the Senate of House bill No. 77, entitled "An Act to repeal section 40, of Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Clerks of Courts,' sub-title 'Clerk of the Court of Appeals,' as repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1894, chapter 298, and to re- enact the same with amendments,'" respectfully comply with your request, and herewith return said bill. By order, B. L. SMITH, Chief Clerk. Which was read. On motion of Mr. Rohrback, The Senate reconsidered its action in adopting the un- favorable report by the Committee on Judicial Proceed- ings upon House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 40 of Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Clerks of Courts,' sub-title 'Clerk of the Court of Ap- peals,' as repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of 1894, chapter 298, and to re-enact the same with amend- ments. |
