House bill entitled "An Act to repeal Act of 1896,
chapter 193, and to authorize the County Commissioners
of Kent county to provide for the building of a public
school house in Cliestertown, and to build the same, and
to issue bonds to pay for time same, and to levy an annual
sum to pay such bonds and the interest thereon as they
mature, and for other purposes."
"Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read tine first time and referred to Sen-
ators Baker, Dennis and Messick.

Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to borrow the
sum of five imundred dollars for drainage purposes."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Betts, Rohrback and Dick.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to empower the Mayor and
Common Council of Westminster, in Carroll County, to
call in the bonds of time city of Westminster, issued by
authority of sections 248, 249, 250 and 251, of Article 7,
of time Code of Public Local Laws of time State of Mary-
land, and to raise money therefor, by issuing other bonds
of said city."
