House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Birnie Trust Company." Being on its third reading, On motion of Mr. Beasman, The Senate reconsidered its action in adopting the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Add an additional section after section 15 A, to be known as "Section 15 B," and to read as follows: "Section 15 B. The body corporate hereby created shall exercise the rights, franchises granted under time provis- ions of this Act within six months from time passage of this Act, otherwise this Act shall be null and void, and of no force or effect whatever." And said amendment was rejected. Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
