The Journal of Thursday's session was read and ap-
proved.
PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Moses presented a memorial of the Baltimore
Reform League, to the General Assembly of Maryland,
with drafts of bills for police re-organization.
Which was read, and referred to Committee on Judi-
cial Proceedings.
ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Crothers, it was
Ordered, That Senator Moore be excused from attend-
aace at to-night's session.
On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was
Ordered, That Senators Baker Gray, Ravenscroft,
Dick and Messick be excused from attendance on to-
night's session.
