Present at the roll call the following Senators:

sick, Moore, Moses, Peter, Rohrback, Wilkinson, Wil-
liams, of Harford—20.
The Journal of Thursday was read and approved.


PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.

The President presented a petition from members of
the Fourth Methodist Protestant Church at Waverly,
asking for the passage of general local option law.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Temperance.
Mr. Rohrback presented a petition from G. W. Rey
