House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to increase the
pension of John Steindle. a retired policemen of the
police fore of Baltimore city."
Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time, and passed
by yeas and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Bryan, Moses and Putze].
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 4, of
chapter 24, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary.
land, passed at the session of 1898, providing for the pay-
ments of the floating debt of the town of Oakland, the
improvement of the streets of said town and the pur-
chasing and operating of an electric light plant therein
and to re-enact the same with amendments."

city for the purpose of providing a proper electric light
plant for said city."
