House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the grant of a par-
cel of land described in a deed from Sarah J. Norris to
the Trustees of Mount Zion Methodist Episcopal Church,
of Harford county, dated the 3d day of January, 1900,
and recorded among the Land Records of Harford
county, in Liber W. S. F., No. 98, foli.o 378."

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the bill entitled
"An Act to authorize and empower the county commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to change the grade of pub-
lic road in the thirteenth district of said county, com-
monly known as the ‘Washington Turnpike Road,' at and
near the place where the same crosses the Baltimore and
Potomac Railroad at grade, for the purpose of doing
