Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide for an extra
levy by the Mayor and Council of Salisbury, in Wicomico
County, for the purpose of refunding taxes erroneously
paid on tax levies for the years 1897 and 1898, and to
pay the indebtedness of the Mayor and Council of Salis-
bury incurred by reason of the inability to collect the
illegal levies of the said years 1896 and 1897, and to be
designated as 'Section 158 A,' of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicomico County,' sub-
title ‘Salisbury,' and to follow section 158, of Article 23."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

16, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Montgomery County,' sub-title ‘Circuit Court,' and to re-
enact the same with amendments."

as follows:
