Which was read the second time and ordered to be en grossed for a third reading. Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably, with proposed amendments, House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Mont- gomery County,' sub-title ‘Roads,' to follow section 176, and to be designated as ‘Section 176 A.'" AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Amend section 1, at the end thereof, after the word "side," by adding: "Provided the provisions of this Act shall not apply to Tacoma Park." Which proposed amendment was adopted, and The bill was read the second time. Mr. Crothers, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Cecil County,' under the new sub-title "Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes,' to be designated as ‘Section 37 A,' and to follow section 37." Which was read the second time.
