missioners of Anne Arundel county to build a bridge over
Curtis Creek, and also to build a bridge over Cabin branch,
a tributary of said Curtis creek, and to provide by the
issuance of bonds the means of building the same, and
making said bridges free for public travel."

sections 740 and 741, of Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Po]ice
Commissioners,' as said sections were re-enacted by
