1900.] OF THE SENATE. 405 House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact sec- tion 263, of Article 13, of the Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title ‘Harford County,' sub-title ‘Tomatoes,' and to re-enact time same with amendments." Which was read the second time. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered the following message: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, February 21st, 1900. Gentlemen of time Senate: We have received your message proposing that when the two Houses adjourn to-day that they stand adjourned to Monday night, Feby. 26th, at 8 o'clock, P. M., and we concur therein. By order, BENJ. L. SMITH, Chief Clerk. Which was read. BILLS—THIRD READING. Senate bill No. 119, entitled "An Act to amend the charter of the Rising Sun, North East- and Elk River Electric Railway, and Power Company, as incorporated by the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, Janu- ary session of 1898, chapter 284," Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kirwan, Applegarth, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Beasman, Peter, Brewington, Putzel, Crothers, Rohrback, Dennis, Williams, of A. A., Dodson, —16. Gray, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. |
