supplementary thereto or amendatory thereof, by pro
viding for the reduction in the number of directors of
said company fixed by the Act of 1892, chapter 143, see-
tion 5, sub-section 13; and also to ratify and approve the
increase heretofore made by the stockholders of the com-
pany in the number and par value of the shares of capi-
tal stock of said corporation, in pursuance of section 4,
sub-section 2, of said last mentioned Act."
