House bill entitled "An Act to make valid the sales
made, and the deeds, devises and other instruments of
writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal Or mixed, shall have been
limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be
sold for any other purpose where such trustee or trustees
have failed to comply with the requirements of section
205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, in giving bond with but one surety."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 101 and
103, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ‘Prince George's County,' sub-title
‘County Commissioners,' as amended by the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed in the year 1898,
chapter 222, and re-enact the said sections hereby re-
pealed with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Peter, Williams, of Anne Arundel and Williams of Har-
ford.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 73, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title ‘Wicomico County, sub-title ‘Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks,' as enacted by chapter 136, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1896, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
