Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate Joint Resolution requesting the Senators and
Representatives in Congress from the State of Maryland
to use all proper endeavors to have the authorities of the
United States deed and convey to the State of Maryland
the Naval Hospital building, located on the Government
farm, adjoining the Naval Academy grounds, near An-
napolis.
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Baker, Messick.
Betts, Moses,
Bouic, Putzel,
Bryan, Wilkinson,
Crothers, Williams, of Har.,
Dennis, Williams, of A. A.,

NEGATIVE—None.
Said Joint Resolution was then sent to the House of
Delegates.

The President distributed the following message from
the House of Delegates.:
House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Alle-
gany County,' sub-title ‘City of Cumberland,' under the
new sub-title ‘Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes,'
to be numbered ‘Section 96 A,' and to fQllow section 96,
Article 1."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
