Kirwan, FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Rohrback, After the word "force," in line 17 in printed bill, add the following: "The counties of Carroll, Dorchester, Frederick, St. Mary's, Caroline, Wicomico, Queen Anne,s, Somerset, Allegany, Washington, Garrett and Worcester, are ex- empted from the provisions of this Act." Which proposed amendment was adopted. On motion of Mr. Moore, Further.consideration of said bill was indefinitely post- poned. SECOND ORDER OF THE DAY. The hour having arrived, The Senate considered the Second Order of the Day being Senate bill No. 64, entitled "An Act to repeal section 92, of Article 5, of the Code of Public General Laws, en- titled ‘Appeals and Errors,' sub-title ‘Appeals from Jus- tices of the Peace,' so far as the same is applicable to Allegany county." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed fot a third reading. Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, moved to reconsider the adoption of the unfavorable report by the Committee on Corporations upon Senate bill No. 129, entitled "An Act to amend section 2, chapter 123, of the Laws of Maryland, 1865, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the Annapolis Water Company so as to limit the capital stock of 1,220 shares, and to |
