FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED. At the end of section 1, after the word "vacated," insert the following: "The Governor shall, within thirty days after the next meeting of thc General Assembly, submit the names of all persons appointed to fill vacancies during the recess of the General Assembly to the Senate for confirmation."
