Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. At 1.40 P. M. On motion of Mr. Crothers, The Senate went into Executive Session. At 1.55 P. M. On motion of Mr. Putzel, The Senate resumed Legislative business. BILLS—THIRD READING. Senate bill No. 32, entitled "An Act to repeal section 3, of chapter 704, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, of the session of 1892, entitled ‘An Act to pro- vide for the assessment and collection of a tax upon dis- tiled spirits and to re-enact said section 3, so as to read as follows; and also to add an additional section to said chapter 704, to be known as ‘Section 12.'"
