On motion of Mr. Peter, it was Ordered, That Senators Bryan and Kirwan be excused from attendance on to-night's session, and also Senators Dick, Baker, Ravenscroft and Moore. On motion of Mr. Rohrback, it was Ordered, That the Seeretary be, and he is authorized and directed to procure a suitable and comfortable chair for the use of the President in the Senate.
