Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 65, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dor-
chester County,' sub-title Cambridge,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add to said section a
sub-section, to be designated ‘Sub-section A to section 65."
Was recommitted to Senators Applegarth, Crothers
and Kirwan.
Mr. Putzel moved 40 reconsider the motion by which
Senate bill No. 70, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section 6, of Article 77, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Public Education,'
sub-title 'Formation of Boards.'
