Mr. Wilkinson moved to reconsider the motion and make said bill the special Order of the Day for Tuesday, February 6th, at 1 P. M. Mr. Crothers proposed to amend said motion and make said bill the special Order of the Day for Thursday, February 1st, at 8.30 P. M. Which amendment was adopted and the motion as amended, prevailed.
