REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 65, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Dorchester county,' sub-title. ‘Cambridge,' and to re-en-
act the same with amendments, and to add to said sec-
tion, a sub sub section to be designated ‘Sub-Section A,'
to section 65, the same to follow immediately after' said
section."

Which was read the second time, and ordered engross-
ed for a third reading.

Mr. Dick, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, section 34, of Article 1, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title ‘Allegany Connty, sub-title
County Commissioners.'
Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.


BILLS—THIRD READING.

Senate bill No. 26, entitled "An Act to add an addi-
tional section to Article 75, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled ‘Pleading, Practice and Process,' to be
known as ‘Section 15 A,' of said Article."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows
