House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 252, of
the Acts of 1896, entitled ‘An Act to prohibit the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer within half
a mile of the junction of Gettings avenue and Belona
avenue, in Baltimore county."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows :
