Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 109 of
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Mont-
gomery County,' sub-title ‘Hyattsville,' and to re-enact
the same with amendments."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

Mr. Baker moved that the Rules be suspended, and
House bill entitled "An Act to prevent the use of a
purse net in the waters of Chesapeake Bay, east of a line
drawn from Hardie's Point in Kent county to Ricketts
Point in Harford county."
Be put upon its third reading and final passage.
The Rules were suspended, (two-thirds of the Senators
voting in the affirmative), by yeas and nays as follows:
