Martha Weiller, copartners, trading as Wornitz and Com-
pany, and W. J. Wickham and B. Bornheim, copartners,
trading as the Bayside Bottling Comp'y of Baltimore city,
the amount of money paid respectively by them to the
Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore city
for licenses for the years 1890 and 1S91, in excess of the
amounts with which they were properly chargeable and
which respective amounts have been paid by said clerk
to the State."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

Legislature to the gifts, devises and bequests to divers
charitable and religious institutions named in the last
will and testament of Louis Dode, late of Baltimore
eity, deceased, subject to the conditions and limitations
and for the purpose in said will mentioned, and to pre-
vent any failure of the testamentary purposes of the said
Louis Dode by reason of uncertainty or misdescription
of any of said beneficiaries."
