President, Crothers, Applegarth, Kirwan, Beasman, Moses, Betts, Peter, Brewington, Rohrback, Bryan, Williams, of A. A. —12. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Baker, Putzel, Dennis, Ravenscroft, Gray, Wilkinson, Marsh, Williams, of Har., Messick, —9. On motion of Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, The Senate reconsided the vote by which said bill failed of passage for want of a Constitutional majority, and Said bill failed a second time for want of a Constitu- tional majority by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE: Messrs. President, Marsh, Beasman, Moore, Betts, Moses, Bouic, Rohrback, Bryan, Wilkinson, Gray, Williams, of A. A., —12. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Putzel, Williams, of Har., Ravenscroft, —3. House bill entitled "An Act to refund to George J. D. Disney, of the city of Baltimore, the amount erroneously paid by him into the Treasury of the State of Maryland for oyster measurer's license for the season of 1895 and 1896." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: |
