House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 23, of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Companies,' to come in after section 118, and to be known as ‘Section 118 A,' said section referring to corporate name of insurance companies." Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as' follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Gray, Baker, Kirwan, Beasman, Marsh, Betts, Messick, Bouic, Moses, Brewington, Putzel, Bryan, Rohrback, Dennis, Wilkinson, Dick, Williams, of Har., Dodson, —19. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled "An Apt to incorporate the Balti- more County and City Railway, Electric Light and Im- provement Company." Being on its third reading. AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
