Article 23, of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title
‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Companies,' to come
in after section 118, and to be known as ‘Section 118 A,'
said section referring to corporate name of insurance
companies."
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays
as' follows:

"Provided, however, that said corporation shall be
subject in all respects to the provisions of chapter 123 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1898,
in so far as its operations may be carried on in the city
of Baltimore, as a condition precedent tLereto all Ordi-
nances of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and
