new sections to Article 23, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘General Regulations,'
and to follow section 85, and to be designated as ‘Sections
85 A, 85 B and 85 C.'"

and nays."

Senate bill entitled "An Act providing for the erection
and operation of a rock-crushing plant by and under the
supervision of the Board of Directors and the offi-
cers of the Maryland House of Correction, and providing
