American Trust and Guaranty Company."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 31, 32,
33, 36, 37, 42, 44, 45, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 67, 68 and 82 of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Revenue and Taxes,' so far as the same relate
to Talbot county, and to repeal sections 32, 33 and 34 of
Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Tal-
bot Connty,' sub-title ‘County Commissioners,' and to re-
enact the following sections in lieu thereof, providing
for the Election of County Treasurer for Talbot county
and defining the duties and powers of said treasurer."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows
