House bill entitled "An Act to repeal. section 138 of
Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishments,.' sub-title ‘Gunning' as repealed
and re-enacted by chapter &55 of the Acts of 1892, and
re-onaot the samewitli amendments."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

Legislature to the gifts, devises and bequests to divers
£haritable and religious institutions named in the last
will and testament of Dodais Dode, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, subject to the conditions and limitations
and for the purpose in said will mentioned, and to pre-
vent any failure of the testamentary purpose of the said
Dodais Dode by reason of uncertainty or misdescription
-of any of said. beneficiaries."
