the right herein granted upon any pretext whatever,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall, for each and every offense, pay a fine not
exceeding the sum of $500; and be imprisoned in jail for
a period not exceeding six months, or both, in the dis-
cretion of the Court.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Mr. Williams, of A. A., from Select Committee, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 79, (as
re-enacted by chapter 281, of the Acts of 1890, and re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 103, of the Acts of
1894,) 80, 81 and 82, of Article 2, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub-title ‘Birds
Game and Foxes,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter
103, of the Acts of 1894, so far as the said sections relate
td Anne Aruiidel county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."

Which was read the second time, and ordered engross-
ed for a third reading.

Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide a general index
of executors, administrators and guardians accounts, in-
ventories and sales in the office of the Register of Wills,
of Montgomery county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered engross-
ed for a third reading.

Also favorably,

Senate bill No. 15, entitled "An Act to make valid the sales
made, and the deeds, devises and other instruments of
writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been
limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be
