AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

By Mr. Putzel:
Amend by adding at the end of section 5, the follow.-
ing:
"Provided, however, that said corporation shall be
subject in all respects to the provisions of chapter 123,.
of the Acts of 1898, and to the ordinances of the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore in so far as it-s operations
may.be carried on in the city of Baltimore as a condition
precedent thereto, and that nothing herein contained
shall be construed to the contrary."
