House bill entitled "An Act to add four new sections
to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Frederick County,' sub-title ‘Mt. Pleasant,' to follow
section 373 of said Article, and to be known as Sections
373 A, 373 B, 373 C and 373 D,' being an Act to prohibit
the running at large and pasturing of live stock along
the turnpike which runs througir the village of Mt.
Pleasant, Frederick county, Md.'"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments paragraph 3, of section 61, of chapter 136,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the Session of 1896, entitled ‘An Act to repeal from
section 60 to section 77, both inclusive, of Article 23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicom-
ico County,' sub-title ‘Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,'
and to repeal sections 61, 69 and 74 of said Article as
amended by chapter 667, of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1892."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
