The hour having arrived, The Senate considered the Fourth Order of the Day, being House bill entitled "An Act making appropriation for the support of the State government for the fiscal year ending September 30th, 1901." Which was read the second time. Mr. Crothers moved that the Rules be suspended and said bill put upon-its third reading and final passage. The rules were suspended (two-thirds of the Senators voting in the affimative), by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
