House bill entitled "An Act to repeals section 765, 766,
767 and 768 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, as repealed and re-enacted by the Act.
of 1898, chapter 123, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."

Sulphur Spring Hallow Road, to its inter-section with
the old National pike or Green street extending in said
city, and to provide for the grading, paving or macada-
mizing, sewering and otherwise improving said Fayette
