House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Balti-
more Industrial Power and Railway Company."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Alexander
Milner, a sum of money paid by him to the Comptroller
of the Treasury of the State and covered into the Treas-
ury of the State, for a license to dredge for oysters with
the Schooner L. W. Bates, which schooner was lost three
months and ten days prior to the expiration of said
license."
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sub-section 2, of
chapter 224, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, as passed at the January session of 1896, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to prohibit
the catching of crabs with scoops, scrapes, drags, dredger,
or similar instruments above a certain line in the waters
of Eishing bay, and to provide a penalty therefor by
adding a new section."
