Bailey, late of Somerset county, deceased, to the Home of the Friendless Children of the Eastern Shore, of Maryland, at Easton, Maryland.' Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws as repealed and re enacted by the Act of 1898, chapter 123, title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Miscellaneous Local Laws' to come in after section 321, and to be known as ‘Section 321 A.'" Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act giving the consent of the State of Maryland to the acquisition by purchase or con- demnation by the United States of a lot or parcel of ground in the city of Westminster, in Carroll county, Maryland, for the purpose of erecting thereon a building for a postoffice Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add certain new see- tions to Article 83, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Sales and Notice,' under the new sub- title ‘Sales in Bulk,' to follow section 17, and to be known respectively as ‘Sections 18 and 19.'
