House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 113, 114, 121, 122 and 123 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Wicomico County,' sub-title ‘Roads,' and to
add five new sections thereto, and be designated ‘115 A,
115 B and 123 A, 123 B and 123 C.' "

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Brewington, Applegarth and Dodson.
Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to provide a special fund
as authorized by chapter 123, section 2, of the Acts of
the General Assemb]y of Maryland, .session 1898, title
‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Charter,' sub-title ‘General
Powers,' sub-title ‘Police,' and to care for and regulate
the distribution of said fund."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
Bryan, Moses and Putzel.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Calvin Sat-
terfield and Lawrence Satterfield, executors of Wi]liam
C. Satterfield, late of Caroline county, the sum of one
hundred and nine dollars and seventy-eight cents, for
taxes erroneously collected from the said William C. Sat-
terfield, and paid into the treasury of the State."

mittee on Finance.

liquors at Ruston Station, Baltimore county, Maryland,
