House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, entitled ‘Talbot County,' sub-title
‘Easton,' to be inserted after section 53 A of said Article
and to be designated ‘Section 53 B,' authorizing the com-
missioners of Easton to require culverts to be construct-
ed in any open drain or ditch running through private
property in said town."
