Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to certain gifts, be-
quests and devises contained in the last will and testa-
ment of certain persons late of Allegany county, deceased,
and also, certain conveyance, grant or deed of land lying
in Allegany county, to and for the use and benefit of
sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations and
charitable institutions as hereinafter set forth."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to grant and declare the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, to a sale and conveyance by J. Henry Judik and
Lillie A. Judik, his wife, and Robert M. Jones and Mary
A. Jones, his wife, their heirs or assigns, to the
Keen Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Bal-
timore city, of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city,
and to the holding of said lot by the said Keen Memorial
Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore city in fee
simple with full power to dispose of the same."

Also favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to amend and re-enact
section 1, chapter 198, of the Acts of 1872, entitled ‘An
Act for the protection of and to regulate the time and
manner of catching and taking fish and terrapins, in that
portion of the Potomac river, between Maryland Point,
in Charles county, and Cheseldines Island, in St. Mary's
county."
