House bill entitled "An Act to pay James J. Collins,
Joseph Bradley, Marting Walsh, James Edwards, Albert
Hodges and Arnold Thelbegeuk, seamen, employed on
the schooner M. M. Davis, the sum of $270 indemnity to
them for the loss of money and other personal property
aboard said schooner, which was sunk by collision with
the State steamer, Governor Robert 1%I. McLane."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Girdle
Railway Company."
